Hope, health, and opportunity are the three components necessary for a happy life they claim on their website AND they can give it to you by way of their nutritional products. Sounds hokey huh? Started in 1994, they’ve been offering the potential of good health and wellness through scientifically developed and analyzed nutritional products while providing unparalled opportunity to fulfill your purpose and dreams by helping others.

This is exactly what their website says and it sounds like they’ve come up with the fountain of youth to me. Although it is true that everyone can benefit from better nutrition, in my opinion, supplemental nutrients have done nothing for me personally. I have not taken them regularly and routinely because after 30 or 60 days of purchasing them and only noticing that my urine changes colors, I have “folded” and put down the cards. That’s my personal experience.

On good thing I want to point out about Mannatech is that they put together, along with associates of Mannatech, a non profit organization called MannaRelief Ministries and have provided necessary nutrients to children in over 30 different countries and distribute millions of dollars in nutritional enhancement products through more than 300 organizations. As far as their opportunity goes, they do you the favor of waiving your $10 application fee if you purchase products (very generous).

They offer a 5% discount for personal product purchases OR 10% if you enroll in the “automatic order program”. They promote sharing your products with friends and family and then enrolling them in ordering through you. Share with everyone you know. Basic MLM opportunity. They have 16 unique compensation plans that reward things like sales, recruiting, etc. and basically, it’s difficult to understand at first.

Just like any of these “health/wellness” opportunities, competition is fierce and longevity is not likely consequently. One can make some money doing this but you need to be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort in finding an ongoing stream of ready and willing purchasers.
